By creating an account or using Moonberry, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don't use the service.
Description of service
Moonberry provides an online learning experience with adaptive content and an AI tutor designed to guide — not replace — parents and educators. Features may change as we improve the product.
User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Parents or guardians must create accounts on behalf of children and supervise use as appropriate for their family.
Subscription and billing
Some features may require a paid subscription. Fees, renewal dates, and taxes are shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your account or app store provider, as applicable. Free tiers may have usage limits described in the product.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse Moonberry: no harassment, scraping or reverse‑engineering beyond what the law allows, attempts to bypass security, or uses that overload our systems. We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations.
Termination
You may stop using Moonberry at any time. We may suspend or close accounts where necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address breach of these terms, with notice when reasonable.
Disclaimer of warranties
Moonberry is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. While we strive for reliability and safety, we don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that outcomes will match a particular academic goal. Learning is human — we are a companion on the journey.
